Welcome to StreetArte.com. Please take a moment to review our Sales Agreement, which outlines the terms governing the purchase of goods from our platform. By making a purchase, you signify your agreement to these terms.
Artworks, Pricing, and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the artworks, please note that images are for representation purposes only. Slight color variations may occur. Additionally, packaging details are illustrative and may differ from the actual packaging.
Availability of goods is subject to change, and stock indicators may not always reflect real-time status. Prices may be adjusted, and special offers may be added, modified, or removed as needed.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties in the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Placing Orders
Our platform will guide you through the ordering process. You’ll have the opportunity to review and modify your order before finalizing it. Please ensure all details are accurate.
In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete information during the order process, please contact us promptly. Failure to rectify this may lead to order cancellation. Any costs incurred due to such information discrepancies may be passed on to you.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for any reason. If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you via email.
Payment and Refunds
Payment, including delivery charges, must be made in advance during the order process. Refunds for returned goods will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods in our warehouse. Please note that any charges from your payment provider are beyond our responsibility.
All sales related to NFTs are final.
Online Ordering
- Features: You can order artworks using our online features like “Buy Now,” “Make Offer,” or “Inquiry Offer.” These transactions are binding for both the Collector and the Seller. The property remains in the Seller’s inventory until a transaction is accepted.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: When a Collector clicks “Buy Now” or their offer is accepted using “Make Offer” or “Inquiry Offer,” they commit to completing the transaction. They become personally liable for the Total Purchase Price.
- Inquiries: The Seller isn’t obliged to accept offers, and neither Street Arte nor the Seller are liable for delays or refusals.
- Finality of Offers and Sales: Once submitted, all offers and sales are final. However, a Collector can cancel an Online Purchase within 24 hours of Seller approval. Any cancellation or return will be addressed cooperatively.
- Offline Sales: Transactions initiated through our features must be completed on our platform. Completing a sale outside our Services may incur commissions and forfeits certain protections.
- Property Verification: StreetArte may review the property before allowing the sale to proceed.
- Auction Sales: In some cases, the Online Purchase feature may be available alongside competitive auction bidding. If a property is ordered using the Online Purchase feature, it will be withdrawn from the auction until the Online Purchase sale is complete.
Ownership and Responsibility
Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment, including any applicable delivery charges.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. You have a 30-calendar day right to reject non-conforming goods from the day of receipt.
Please note that this provision does not apply if we informed you of the fault, damage, or other problems before purchase.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can’t accommodate changes as the artwork may have been dispatched.
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please inform us within 14 days of delivery receipt. We’ll assist in arranging the return shipment. Please note that we cannot refund framing or delivery costs.
Our Responsibility
We’re responsible for foreseeable losses or damages arising from our breach of these terms or negligence. We’re not liable for losses or damages that aren’t foreseeable or due to events beyond our control.
Transfer of Obligations
We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party, which will be communicated to you in writing. Your rights under this agreement remain unaffected.
