Cancellation and Changes:
Requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate requests made after this time, as the artwork may already be en route to your address or our production studio and framing partners. Please note, orders with an NFT component cannot be cancelled after payment due to the unique nature of the artwork.
Received the Unexpected?:
If the artwork you receive doesn’t meet your expectations or if there’s an incorrect shipment, please contact us promptly through our online chat or email [email protected]. You have 14 days from receipt to notify us. We’ll be glad to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement where appropriate. Please note that claims made aware prior to purchase are not eligible under this clause.
Once your artwork arrives, you have 14 days to let us know if you’re not entirely satisfied and would like a refund. Contact us at [email protected]. We can only process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including all accompanying documentation such as the Certificate of Authenticity. For returns, we’ll organize a door-to-door collection, coordinating with you directly. Please don’t book your own courier, as it won’t be tracked in our system. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of their arrival at our warehouse. They’ll be issued to the original payment method, taking 5-10 days to reflect in your account. You’ll be refunded for the artwork price, minus a handling fee based on size, weight, and location. Please note, we’re unable to refund any import duties paid to local customs. You may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities in some cases.
Replacement or Return Eligibility:
Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging and the Certificate of Authenticity, if applicable. We regretfully can’t accept returns missing their Certificate of Authenticity.
